Business use only
Our services are for companies. By getting in touch you state that you act on a company's behalf. Nothing here is offered for personal, family or household use.
Accuracy
What you tell us must be true and complete, and you must have the right to share it. Our advice rests on it. An error or an omission can change the advice.
No guarantee of outcome
We provide advice and, when asked, introductions. We do not promise any result. A funding source can turn the company down, and an offer, when one is made, may not suit it.
Fees
- There is no charge for getting in touch.
- Work beyond the first conversation is set out in writing, with its price, and starts only once you have agreed to it.
- What outside capital costs is decided and disclosed by the provider that offers it, never by us.
Communications
By giving us a phone number or an email address, you agree that we may reach you about your enquiry by phone, by email and by text. Some calls and texts may be placed by an automated system. Agreeing to this is not a condition of buying anything from us. Your carrier may charge for messages and data. Reply STOP to any text to end text messages. To stop calls or email, tell us through the Reach us page.
What we are not liable for
Where the law permits it, we are not liable for indirect or consequential harm, or for lost profit, arising from this website or from advice that was acted on. For any one claim, our liability is capped at what you have paid us for the work in question. The website is provided as it stands.
Governing law
These terms fall under the law of the state where Ashcrest Solutions was formed. State of formation: To be announced.
