Cash-flow review
We take three months of statements and mark each week where money in fell short of money out. You get the pattern, the causes and the dates.
We are a business solutions firm for established companies. We plan working capital, cash flow, equipment purchases and growth, and we handle funding readiness when a plan calls for capital. The work begins with three months of bank statements. It ends with a dated document that sets out each step, who carries it out and when.
The plan is written, dated and sent to you before any step is taken.
We are a business solutions firm. Our clients are small and mid-sized companies with customers, payroll and a record behind them. We study how money arrives and leaves over a season, and we set out what the next hire, purchase or expansion needs before it goes ahead.
Some plans call for capital the company does not hold. In that case we put the records in order and introduce the company to one or more third-party funding sources. The capital is not ours, and the terms are not ours to set. Any offer comes from the provider, and the company decides whether to take it.

We measure the gap between the day you pay suppliers and the day customers pay you, then set a reserve to carry the company through the slow weeks.
A bigger crew, a second shop, a new line of work. We list what each needs in cash and in time, and the order in which to take them on.
We compare buying, leasing and renting for each piece of equipment, and we read supplier terms with you before you sign them.
When a plan needs capital the company does not have, we put the records in order and make the introductions to third-party funding sources. Each provider sets its own terms.
Once the plan is in place we review the figures with you on a fixed schedule, and we revise the plan when the company changes.
Nothing is recommended until we have read three months of your bank statements line by line.
Each recommendation arrives as a dated document. You can hand it to your accountant or your partners as it stands.
We look for outside capital only when the written plan shows it is needed, and only after you ask us to.
There is nothing to pay for getting in touch. Further work is priced on paper and agreed with you before it begins.
Email or call us. Tell us what the company does and what you want to settle.
You send three months of bank statements. We read every line before we form a view.
By an agreed date you receive a dated document: what we found, the choices open to you, and our advice.
You take the plan, change it or leave it. Nothing moves until you tell us to go ahead.
If you go ahead, we work through the steps with you, including introductions where the plan calls for them.
Tell us what the company does and what you want settled. We will say what we need to read, and the date by which you will hear back from us.
