Privacy notice

This notice sets out what this website collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. There is no form on this site, no cookie and no analytics tool.

In effect from November 4, 2026

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you reach us by email or phone, we receive what you choose to give: your name, the company's name, your contact details, and what you wrote or said.
  • Visit logs. Our web server records the IP address of each visit, the pages requested, the browser type and the time.

That is the whole list.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer you and to plan work together. We use the visit logs to keep the site running and to notice misuse.

Who sees it

The firm sees it, along with the companies that host our email and our web server, to the extent their work requires. A third-party funding source sees your details only if you become a client and later ask us for an introduction. Beyond that we disclose information only where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who do not become clients are kept for twelve months and then deleted. Client files are kept while the work continues and for the period the law requires after it ends. Visit logs are kept for ninety days.

Your choices

  • You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, and for corrections.
  • You may ask us to delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.
  • You may ask us never to pass your details to a funding source.
  • You may tell us to stop calling, emailing or texting you. A reply of STOP ends text messages.
